Hoyer
Art Anderson Associates of Bremerton hired electrical engineer Robert Hoyer. Hoyer has more than 40 years of experience and served as an engineer for the federal government in positions at Naval Submarine Base, Bangor and Puget Sound Naval Shipyard. He also served as a Navy department head in the Canal Zone and Central America for three years. His recent work includes an electrical substation rebuild, and a new hangar and cargo facility at SeaTac airport.
