Baylis Architects promoted Thomas Chan, Graham Langridge and Joseph Lantz. Chan is now project manager on several high-end single-family estates. Langridge is now job captain on several mixed-use projects, including Landes Apartments and Stone Way Village. Lantz is lead in the construction phase of the Fairview Condominiums in Harbour Pointe.
