Clark/Kjos Architects promoted Guy Maluda and Tyler Carlson to associates. Maluda has more than 20 years of experience in architecture, planning and construction administration. He previously was director of facilities management at Harborview Medical Center. Maluda is working as a project manager on the $400 million Good Samaritan Hospital expansion in Puyallup. Carlson is a project designer with more than 14 years of experience on health care, institutional and civic facilities. Carlson's recent projects include the Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital expansion, Good Samaritan and Wellspring Medical Center in Woodburn, Ore.
