NBBJ promoted David Yuan to partner and Dick Lee and Allen Whitaker to principals. With more than 17 years at NBBJ, Yuan is a leader of the firm's commercial practice. Specializing in large-scale, mixed-use projects, Yuan has led teams on the Schnitzer Fifth and Madison tower, WaMu Center, expansion of the Seattle Art Museum and Pacific Place. Lee has 40 years of design experience and is a leader in the health care practice. Lee's past projects include the University of Washington Surgery Pavilion, Southwest Washington Medical Center and Banner Gateway Medical Center. Whitaker has been an architect at NBBJ since 1989. His past projects include the Virginia Mason Medical Center, Harborview Medical Center and Southwest Washington Medical Center.
