Mark Palmer has joined the Tacoma office of KPFF Consulting Engineers. Palmer, a civil engineer, previously owned a civil engineering company in Tacoma. His areas of expertise include parks, commercial, institutional, residential and civic projects. He also has designed low impact development projects with a particular emphasis on porous pavement applications.
