Aspect Consulting promoted Owen Reese to associate water resources engineer. Reese helps Puget Sound-area industrial and public sector clients with stormwater management. He is working on several stormwater designs for the aggregate mining industry and assisting the Port of Seattle with NPDES permit compliance.
