Abossein Engineering

Abossein Engineering hired Josef Valenta as project manager of its new civil engineering division. Valenta has an extensive background in civil, structural, and geotechnical engineering, including residential, commercial and mixed-use, and transportation work for WSDOT, ODOT and CalTrans.
