ESM Consulting Engineers

ESM Consulting Engineers hired Craig Krueger as senior planner. Krueger most recently was chief planning officer at McNaughton Group in Edmonds. Prior to that, he worked on the Highlands Master Planned Community. He is a community trustee for the King County group of the Cascade Land Conservancy.
