Patano+Hafermann Architects was selected by the Pierce Conservation District to design a new office building that will serve as a base of operations for the Puyallup Valley nursery property. Through collaborative workshops, Patano+Hafermann Architects will develop a facility that uses smart design principles and environmental technologies to create a low impact building that conserves resources and highlights views to Mount Rainier and the surrounding farmland.
The Pierce Conservation District was created to promote the conservation of renewable natural resources in Pierce County. The district assists landowners in land conservation planning and best management practices to reduce non-point source pollution.
