Brown and Caldwell

Brown and Caldwell hired five new employees, four in its Seattle office. Don Fiene was hired as supervising potable water engineer. He has more than 20 years of experience in water system planning, surface water management, stormwater design, general utility planning and long term budgeting. Alan Lord joined the wastewater group as a senior engineer. He has more than 10 years of experience in wastewater system planning and design. Damon Diessner, hired as environmental engineer, has more than 35 years of experience in surfacewater management and urban natural resource protection. James Moffat joined the CADD team as a supervising designer and Kate Burlingame joined the wastewater group in the Olympia office.
