Kinnier
Sparling hired Jim Kinnier as principal of technology consulting in the Portland office. Kinnier has more than 22 years of project management and consulting experience, with expertise in telecommunications infrastructure, operations/data centers, telephone systems, VoIP technologies, wireless and LAN/WAN systems. He previously worked at Northwest Information Services and Sage Software, both in Beaverton, Ore.
