Rosenberger
Sparling hired David Rosenberger as electrical engineering project manager and sustainable design expert in its San Diego office. Rosenberger has more than 29 years of experience in health care, higher education, research and commercial markets with expertise in power distribution and generation, cogeneration, utility interconnect, lighting, fire and life safety, and emergency power design. Rosenberger has been actively involved in the US Green Building Council since 2000 and was one of the original founders of the San Diego chapter. Prior to joining Sparling, he was managing principal and senior project manager for LSW Engineers in San Diego.
