Rice Fergus Miller
Rice Fergus Miller, a 40-person architecture, interior design and planning firm headquartered in Bremerton with an office in Minneapolis, promoted six staff members.
Andy Kosusko has been named a principal. Kosusko specializes in senior living design and is leading the design of the firm's largest project, Timber Ridge at Talus, a $150 million continuing care retirement community in Issaquah.
Bob Guyt, Ed McManamna and
Jeremy Southerland were named senior associates. Guyt, a licensed architect with 20 years of experience, is a project manager for health care and hospitality projects, and coordinates the firm's intern development program. McManamna is the firm's project manager for fire and emergency services projects throughout Western Washington. Southerland specializes in health care design and is the creator of the firm's visualization lab, a multimedia department producing graphic design, animation, web design and film.
Jamie Osterman and
Craig Caligiuri are new associates. Osterman, an interior designer with the firm since 2000, leads many of RFM's community support initiatives and is a board member at United Way. Caligiuri manages the firm's recently-opened Minneapolis office and leads the firm's Building Information Modeling technology efforts.
