He provides construction documents for an array of projects. Ted Cameron is lead organizer for office design chats. He is working on Lakota Middle School. Lindsay Crawford is a strong advocate for mentorship inside and outside the office. His recent work on First United Methodist Church benefits from his long history of experience with institutional projects. Caroline Lemay has experience with both large and small-scale restoration projects. Having just completed the rehabilitation of Camp Waskowitz dining hall, she is participating in the firm’s strategic planning. Kristian Kicinski worked on the recently completed St. Thomas School, a project that is targeting one of the first gold certifications under LEED for Schools. Ross Parker has 20 years of international experience on major institutional, education and sustainable projects. He is working on Denny Middle School/Chief Sealth High School. Brian Rich has expertise in technical detailing and construction and is also working on Lakota Middle School. He recently made a presentation on historic preservation to the King County Landmarks Commission called “Greening in Place: Historic Preservation as Sustainable Design Strategy.” Courtney Rosenstein is marketing director and is leading the launch of the firm’s new identity.
