KPFF Consulting Engineers hired Ian Frank as a project engineer in its Tacoma office. Frank, a licensed professional engineer, has six years of experience in structural design of residential, commercial, and industrial structures. He has served with the Southwest Chapter of the Structural Engineers Association of Washington, and is working on the Tote Terminal Marine Construction project at the Port of Tacoma, The Site 11 Esplanade project along the Thea Foss Waterway in Tacoma, and the Pier B Carrier Wharf project at Naval Base Kitsap in Bremerton.
