Sparling rated one of Oregon’s best

For the third year since the Portland office opened its doors in 2003, Sparling has made the list of “100 Best Companies to Work for in Oregon” for 2009 by Oregon Business magazine. The official rankings will run in the March 2009 issue of Oregon Business.

The list recognizes Oregon companies for creating great places to work. This year, 372 companies participated and nearly 30,000 employees completed the survey.

The survey rates employee satisfaction in 50 workplace qualities like benefits and compensation, work environment, decision-making and trust, performance management, and career development and learning. Rankings also factored in answers company representatives gave in surveys including health plans, time off, family-friendly policies, work scheduling and retirement plans.
