AIA Seattle has a new board member

AIA Seattle’s newest board member, Gladys Ly-Au Young, was appointed earlier this month and will serve until 2010. Ly-Au Young has expertise in sustainable design and recently led the AIA Seattle residential forum “High Design, Low Impact: Residential Design for a Small Footprint.”

Prior to joining Graham Baba Architects, Ly-Au Young worked at Zimmer Gunsul Frasca Architects as sustainable design coordinator in its Seattle office. Previously, she worked at Olson Sundberg Kundig Allen Architects for 12 years as a project designer/architect/manager.
