KPFF Consulting Engineers in Tacoma hired Bryan Elkins and Conner Swarthout. Elkins, a professional civil engineer, previously worked in construction management at King County and as a design engineer at KPFF's Seattle office. With nine years of experience, Elkins has performed site and road design for clients and jurisdictions throughout the state. He has construction management experience in a range of projects, from parking structures to transit centers in King County. Swarthout is a recent grad and was hired as a structural design engineer.
