Cary Kopczynski & Co. hired Chris Willcox as a project manager and MinYuan Cheng as a design engineer. Willcox has more than 13 years of structural engineering experience and is currently working on several design-build projects. Cheng is working on the Abu Dhabi National Oil Co.'s headquarters in the UAE.
