Kleinfelder hired Richard Luark in the Bellevue area office. With 20 years of experience, Luark’s focus is on geotechnical design that includes both permanent and temporary wall design for civil site development. Past projects include Escala and The Cosmopolitan Towers in Seattle, and the I-5 Pacific Avenue to South 48th Street off-ramp to SR 16.
