Slaughterbeck
Herrera Environmental Consultants added two people to its board of directors: Carol Slaughterbeck, vice president of operations and Phil Coughlan, associate planner. In her 18 years with Herrera, Slaughterbeck has served in a variety of technical and management roles, assisting the company in growing from 10 employees in 1990 to 120 today. Coughlan has been with Herrera for seven years, focusing on strategic business and sustainability planning and implementation. He was previously the co-owner of a recycling firm. Slaughterbeck and Coughlan join the three existing board members, Carlos Herrera, Michael Spillane and Walter Trial.
