WHPacific announced hired three people and made a promotion in its Bothell office.
Terrence Paananen and
David Field joined the transportation group. Paananen is a senior project manager with more than 30 years of experience, including 27 with WSDOT. Field brings more than 40 years of aviation development experience, and serves as senior aviation consultant. A former FAA employee, he is also on the Washington State Aviation Planning Council. Also in the transportation group,
Darren Murata was promoted to project manager. He has nine years of experience developing municipal transportation projects and will also serve as design manager for the transportation group.
Jack Schwaegler was also hired as director of land development. Schwaegler's background includes 23 years in both consulting engineering and private development.
