Brown
Kennedy/Jenks Consultants named David C. Brown the new marine ports market sector leader. Brown is in the firm’s new office in Vancouver, but also frequently works in the Portland office. He has experience in management and design of a civil engineering projects and in a number of multi-million dollar seaport projects in Washington and Oregon. Since joining Kennedy/Jenks last year, Brown has led the ports sector in the Pacific Northwest. In his new role, he will work with port project managers firm-wide and broaden the scope of services to ports.
