Inca Engineers hired 10 new employees in its structural engineering department in Bellevue. Lois Loesch is a senior project engineer with 26 years of experience in civil/structural engineering. She is serving as a task manager for the Inner Harbor Navigation Canal project in New Orleans, the largest design/build civil works project in U.S. Army Corps of Engineers history. Ayhan Utkan is a senior design engineer with nine years of structural engineering experience. He is working on the Army Reserve Pier 23 Replacement, and will be working on the East Link Sound Transit light rail project. Mohammad Saifuzzaman is a project engineer with more than 10 years of experience in the analysis and design of bridges, buildings and hydraulic structures. Leo Moyer is a design engineer with two years of experience. Moyer is working on the Inner Harbor Navigation Canal project in New Orleans. Steven Michael is working on the Army Reserve Pier 23 Replacement project and the Upper Mississippi River Lock 22 Approach Walls. Roger Lindstrom, Anthony Smith and Barrett McBride are CADD technicians working on various projects, including Pier 23, Lock22 Approach Walls, Panama Canal, and Inner Harbor Navigation Canal. Eric Lynum, a CADD/design engineer, and Eli Lundberg, a design engineer, are working on the Inner Harbor Navigation Canal project.
