DCI Engineers promoted seven engineers and hired a marketing assistant at the headquarters in Bellevue. Debbie Wick-Harris joined the civil department in 2005 and has been promoted to co-manager. With more than 17 years of experience, her past projects include 7th and Madison, Fairview Medical Office Building and the Snoqualmie Valley Hospital. Anish Talati joined DCI as a project manager in 2006 and has been promoted to associate. He has 11 years of structural engineering experience and is working on The Bravern in Bellevue. Brent Robinson joined the structural division as a project manager in 2000 and has been promoted to associate. With more than 15 years of experience, his past projects include the Neptune Apartments in Seattle, the Totem Lake Marriott Hotel in Kirkland and the Creekside Village Retail complex in Mill Creek. Christopher White joined DCI Engineers in 2005 and has been promoted to project manager. With more than four years of experience, he has worked on multi-family projects and custom residential, religious and commercial buildings including the Terry Thomas office building in Seattle. Hien Duong joined DCI Engineers in 2006 and has been promoted to project manager. With three years of experience, she has worked on high-end single and multi-family residential, commercial, industrial, educational and medical facilities, and seismic evaluations and retrofits. Duong recently completed design on Northwest Hospital surgery expansion in Seattle. Jacob Gokey joined DCI Engineers in 2005 and has been promoted to project manager. With four years of experience, he has worked on retail, residential, mixed-use and large scale, high-end, multi-building projects, including the Advanta office commons campus in Bellevue. Bill Liang joined the company as a CAD designer in 2007 and was promoted to senior CAD designer. He has 10 years of structural engineering drafting experience, and has been using the Revit Structure program for three years. Dustin Deville was hired in January as marketing assistant. With several years of marketing experience, he will be working on statements of qualification, public relations materials and event planning.
