Benny
HWA GeoSciences hired Harold Benny as laboratory manager and Gary Harshman as manager of environmental planning. Benny has more than 30 years of experience in laboratory materials testing and construction inspection. He is the technical interface for HWA's A2LA and AASHTO laboratory accreditation programs and is expanding the laboratory to provide Constant Rate of Strain consolidation tests, resilient modulus and K0 triaxial testing. Harshman has more than 30 years of experience managing and conducting environmental planning studies and reviews throughout the Northwest. He has conducted SEPA and NEPA reviews, and procured permits and approvals for public and private development projects and programmatic actions.
