Dorrell
Sparling hired Rick Dorrell as technology project manager and Mark Lenney as technology project designer in the Portland office. Dorrell has expertise in health care, working for 10 years as a technology consultant and engineer for a major health care provider in the Portland area. As project manager for Sparling's technology consulting practice, he is working on Clackamas Community College, Salem Hospital Building B, the Southwest Washington Medical Center Pain Clinic, and infrastructure evaluation and documentation for the Iberdrola Renewables wind farm. Lenney has experience as a hardware design engineer and architect, and is an extra class amateur radio enthusiast. He is working on the Tillamook County 911 Center mobile data project, Tillamook County PUD radio upgrades, and Oregon State Police and Washington State University lab shielding.
