Jason Scott of GeoEngineers’ Spokane office was promoted to senior 2 fisheries biologist. He recently received the title Certified Fisheries Professional from the American Fisheries Society. Kevin Randall was hired as a hydrogeologist at GeoEngineers’ Spokane office. He previously worked for Y-Squared Geotechnical as a staff geologist.
