Coffman Engineers

Tom Arnold, manager of Coffman Engineers' Civil Department, has been promoted to principal of the Spokane office. He previously was Spokane city engineer. His municipal background includes an emphasis in transportation, utilities and related land use/site development requirements. He has worked on forming local improvement districts and right-of-way management. He has construction engineering experience, working with owners and contractors to solve construction problems.
