Infrastructure Technology

Jennifer G. Esteban and Amir H. Nassiri have opened Infrastructure Technology Corp., or Itech, in Bellevue. They formed the company to provide civil and structural engineering for government agencies. Itech has applied with the state for Minority and Women Business Enterprise certification. Esteban has worked on residential and commercial projects in the Puget Sound region. Nassiri has worked on West Coast transportation, and commercial and residential projects, including Fountain Court and Harbor Steps, both in Seattle.
