DCI Engineers

DCI has promoted three Spokane employees and one in Portland to associate. Shirley Chalupa of the Portland office has worked on educational, commercial, residential and industrial projects. Justin Cook works on a higher education, office, sports complexes and mixed-use projects. Wade Gelhausen's experience includes land development, planning, and road and utility design. Dave Giordano works on commercial, retail, light industrial, education, governmental and military projects. He is active in the Structural Engineers Association of Washington.
