DOWL HKM

Engineer Bob Schildgen, an owner at DOWL HKM, was promoted to client manager of Retail Development for the Western States Division. He focuses on expanding development work and continues to provide technical and project management support from the Redmond office. Engineer Chris Kovac was promoted to manager of Civil Engineering for the Redmond office. He continues to manage a variety of public and private sector projects while directing the design, production and project management of the civil engineering staff and marketing efforts. The firm has more than 400 employees in offices from Alaska to Arizona.
