Mike Anderson has been promoted to associate in the civil/structural group at KPFF’s Washington division. Since joining KPFF in early 2008, the former CEO of the Washington State Ferries has led new marine transportation projects for King County Marine Division, the Seattle Office of Emergency Management, the city of Seabrook, Texas, and the New York City Department of Transportation.
