In-Tae Lee, and water resources engineer,
Tim Kraft, to principals. Lee, who works in the Lake Oswego office, has been with the firm for six years and has 25 years of experience. Lee's primary responsibility is project management and the design of transportation structures. He recently worked on the Diamond Creek Bridge replacement project in an environmentally sensitive section of U.S. Forest Service land in Douglas County, Ore. Kraft, who works in the Vancouver office, has been with the firm for five years, and has 15 years of experience in engineering and 12 years of experience in construction. His expertise includes sewer and stormwater master planning, conveyance system sizing and design, floodplain studies, stream restoration projects and water-related modeling. He recently worked on the Highway 99 Bridge over Salmon Creek in Clark County.
