Coker
HWA has hired Brian Coker as a construction field inspector. With more than 11 years experience, Coker inspects soils, concrete, asphalt, anchors and masonry for municipal, residential, commercial and light industrial projects. He is inspecting construction at Lift Stations 7 and 8 in Edmonds, and will work on Kent's downtown sidewalk project.
