SCS Engineers

Lakey
Kevin Lakey has joined SCS Engineers' Bellevue office. Lakey has 25 years of environmental engineering experience largely focused on Northwest solid waste management projects. That includes permitting, master planning, landfill design, construction quality assurance, and plans for operation and closure. He works on hydrogeologic characterization of sites and has prepared feasibility studies for site remediation.
