Matt Faulkner with MacKay & Sposito passed his certified federal surveyor exam, joining only 300 surveyors in the nation. CFedS provides training in federal survey processes, and surveying tribal lands. Faulkner is in the Vancouver office. He has 10 years in surveying project management. M&S offers civil engineering, land and construction surveying, land-use planning, landscape architecture and construction management services, with offices in Washington and Oregon.
