BLRB Architects promoted
John Wegener to senior principal;
David Pool to associate principal; and
David Boileau to associate. Wegener has been with the firm since 1999, and has 30 years of experience in development and design of educational facilities. He has managed $140 million in projects for BLRB including Mount Tahoma High School, Curtis Junior High School and higher education projects. Pool was hired in 2005 as a project manager. His projects include the physical education/performing arts center addition for Garfield High School and the new Pacific Plaza building. Boileau joined the firm in 2004. He has led development of the intern program and overseen the BIM team. His projects include Panther Lake Elementary School and the Puyallup High School east campus addition, phase I. BLRB designs educational and other public/community projects.
