The Portland architecture firm Yost Grube Hall Architecture has added Richard Grace, Lona Rerick and Phillip Lopez to its ownership group. Grace has 13 years as a designer of institutional, commercial and mixed-use development projects. His work with sustainable projects includes the LEED gold Humboldt State University Behavioral & Social Sciences Building. He is a project designer for U.S. Department of State projects. Rerick has 13 years in architecture and interior design. She is a project architect and sustainability/LEED coordinator at YGH and a former chair of the AIA Portland chapter's committee on the environment. She is working on Department of State projects and Central Oregon Community College's Health Careers, Culinary Instructional and Science buildings. Lopez is a design assistant at YGH experienced in schematic and design development and construction documentation and administration. He is working on Department of State projects. The 60-person firm provides planning, architecture and interior design.
