Mahlon Clements as director of urban design and
Wolf Saar as director of practice in its Seattle office. Clements is an architect and urban designer with 20 years of experience, focusing on urban design, community planning and transit projects. He has led workshops, designed urban streets and managed documents for infrastructure and building projects. Saar has 25 years in architecture for local, national and international clients. He focuses on design for seniors and special needs groups. He serves on the Capitol Hill design review board and the Washington State University School of Architecture and Construction Management professional advisory board. VIA works in architecture, infrastructure, planning and community building.
