CollinsWoerman hired architect Douglas K. Grove as senior medical planner. Grove is a specialist in health care planning and design using Lean principles. He has 25 years of experience in facilities planning, project development and management, including 15 years in capital projects with institutions such as Virginia Mason Medical Center and Group Health Cooperative of Puget Sound. Grove implemented Lean design at Virginia Mason. Seattle-based CollinsWoerman is an architecture, design and planning firm.
