Wilson Engineering

Charles Waugh joined the senior engineering staff of Wilson Engineering of Bellingham. Waugh has structural engineering experience with renovations, seismic rehabs and new construction. He was with Geiger Engineering. Alan Mooers obtained a land surveyor in training license for Washington. He has worked for Wilson since 2006 and is a surveyor in the land and hydrographic survey department.
