Hart Crowser

Sarah Upsall, a geotechnical engineer at Hart Crowser, earned her professional engineer license. She is involved with the design of Federal Center South and has also evaluated bridges along interstates 5 and 405 and SR 520 for seismic retrofits. Hart Crowser is a 75-person, employee-owned environmental and engineering consulting firm headquartered in Seattle, with offices in Edmonds and Portland.
