George Schmidt as chief financial officer and
Jason Walker as environmental and community planning manager. Schmidt has 20 years of financial and operational experience and has worked on accounting, budgeting, reporting and strategic business planning. Most recently he was CFO/principal for SE Group in Bellevue, where he also did financial, market and operational analysis consulting. Walker is a landscape architect, planner and environmental permit coordinator with 18 years local project experience. He has helped permit residential, commercial, institutional and utility projects and has experience obtaining federal environmental determinations and permits associated with marine, aquatic and land resources. Perteet is an employee-owned consulting firm specializing in engineering, planning, environmental and survey projects. It has offices in Everett, Seattle and Snoqualmie.
