Looney
Dan Looney of Art Anderson Associates earned his Washington professional engineer license. A retired U.S. Navy captain hired in 2008, Looney has worked on naval architecture and marine engineering contracts, including as project manager for the NOAA Fleet Greening Study. The study investigates ways to improve energy efficiency and the environmental footprint of the NOAA fleet of research vessels. Art Anderson is based in Bremerton with offices in Portland and Columbus, Ohio.
