Landau Associates hired Paul Raymaker as a senior staff geologist, Robert Ludwig as a senior project engineer, Susan Dickerson as an intern geologist, Cindy Easterson as a marketing coordinator, Molly Linville as a senior project wildlife biologist, Lauren McIntire as a senior staff environmental engineer and Juliann Cooley as an administrative assistant/receptionist. Tracy Hannuksela joined the firm as human resource director and Chip Halbert returned to the Edmonds environmental services group to lead air permitting services after a two-year residency in India. Raymaker has experience in field investigation, analyses, data evaluation and report preparation. Ludwig, a civil engineer, has worked in hydrology, site development and design of utilities and roadways. Dickerson is doing field work, including soil, groundwater and sediment investigation. Easterson has 20 years in marketing. Linville has nine years of experience with wildlife and habitat surveys, refuge management plans, environmental assessments and environmental impact statements. McIntire has experience in stormwater basin modeling and design review. Hannuksela has 15 years in human resources. Halbert has been with the firm for 12 years. Landau is an environmental and geotechnical engineering, environmental permitting, and natural resource consulting firm with offices in Edmonds, Seattle, Tacoma, Spokane, West Richland and Portland.
