Jacobs Associates promoted Andrew McGlenn to associate in its Seattle office. He has 14 years of experience and a background in geology and structural engineering. He is leading design of the permanent tunnel lining for the Airport Link Project in Brisbane, Australia. His local projects include the Brightwater Conveyance System and University Link.
