GBD Architects

GBD Architects of Portland promoted Kyle Andersen to principal, Agustin Enriquez and Michelle Schulz to associate principals, Steve Rupert to senior associate, Patrick Moore and Suzy Olsen to associates, and Katie Kniesteadt and Kate Walker to administrative associates. An architect, Andersen has 15 years of experience in sustainable site designs. His projects include the Oregon Health & Science University Center for Health & Healing and the Beverly/Hollywood Whole Foods. Enriquez was hired in 2002 and has collaborated on projects at Portland State University and the Brewery Blocks. Schulz, whose background is in interior architecture and sustainable development, worked on OHSU Casey Eye Institute and renovations for Lane Community College. Rupert joined GBD in 2004 with experience in housing, assisted living, retail and schools. Moore has experience with high-rise condos and office, mixed-use community master planning, housing and green design. Olsen has done space planning and interior design for residential, corporate office, retail, institutional and hospitality projects. Kniesteadt is involved in construction and design. Walker assists in sustainable design.
