$72M HQ for corps pushes the green building envelope

Federal Center South will have 208,000 square feet on three levels and will be on the shores of the Duwamish River, a Superfund site.

The U.S. General Services Administration is building a $72 million complex in South Seattle that it hopes will inspire a new era of sustainable workplaces.
