Brown

Westwood Professional Services hired Nick Brown as a project engineer in its Portland office. Brown will work on wind project site planning and civil design in the energy engineering group. He has a bachelor's in civil engineering from the University of California at Davis. Westwood is a national land and energy development consultant.
